  • Front Desk Supervisor (1 Opening): Oversee GSA's and Porters, ensuring seamless guest check-ins. Ideal for experienced front office staff ready for leadership. Requirements: 2+ years in hospitality, strong problem-solving skills. Location: Abuja & Abia

  • Waiter (2 Openings): Provide exceptional dining service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience. Ideal for team members from front office or housekeeping looking to engage directly with guests in F&B. Requirements: Customer service experience, friendly demeanour; knowledge of menu items a plus. 

  • Marketing & Sales Executive (1 Opening): Drive promotions and partnerships to boost occupancy. Great for creative team members from any department wanting to apply innovation. Requirements: Marketing experience or enthusiasm; knowledge of Abuja's business scene. Perks: commission bonuses, networking events. Location: Abuja

  • Housekeeping Attendant (3 Openings): Maintain our high cleanliness standards. Entry-level opportunity for porters or kitchen assistants seeking hands-on roles. Requirements: Attention to detail, teamwork. Location: Abuja & Abia

  • Junior Accountant (1 Opening): Assist with financial tracking and reporting. Suited for analytical minds from procurement or storekeeping. Requirements: Basic accounting knowledge; eagerness to learn. Perks: Stable back-office environment. Location: Abuja & Abia

How to Apply Internally

  1. Review Requirements: Check if you meet the basics (e.g., tenure, skills) or discuss plans with the HR.

  2. Submit Interest: Email HR at hr@aa91.com with your current role, desired position, and a brief statement on why you're a fit (align with our values!).

  3. Interview Process: Informal chat with the HR and MD, followed by a skills assessment.

  4. Training Support: Successful applicants receive training to ease the transition.
