Superhero Poll

The poll focuses on celebrating "superheroes" in the following categories. Winners are determined by the highest number of votes, and ties are resolved by the Operations Manager. 

Poll Categories and Rewards

• Best Supervisor (1 Winner): Recognise the supervisor who best embodies leadership, empowerment, and teamwork in guiding their department. 

• Best Resourceful & Dedicated Staff (2 Winners): Vote for team members who excel in innovation and problem-solving, finding creative ways to enhance guest experiences. 

• Best Hard Working Staff (1 Winner): Vote for a team member who demonstrate exceptional effort and productivity in their roles. 

• Best Punctuality Staff (2 Winners): Celebrate team members with outstanding reliability in attendance and timeliness, ensuring smooth operations. Will be confirmed by HR.

• Best Dressed Uniform Staff (2 Winners): Acknowledge team members who maintain impeccable uniform standards, representing AA91 professionally. Will be confirmed by HR.

• Best Dressed Staff (2 Winners): Recognise non-uniform team members for their stylish, professional attire that reflects our brand. Will be confirmed by HR.

• How the Poll Works

• Voting: Each team member gets one vote per category. You can nominate anyone (including yourself, but self-votes are capped at one per person across all categories to promote fairness).

• Eligibility: All confirmed team members with at least 3 months of service can participate and be nominated.

• Announcement: Winners are revealed at our end of year final gathering.

• Tiebreakers and Oversight: In case of ties, the Operations Manager will be the tiebreaker. All votes are confidential.

• Rules: No discrimination; respect confidentiality; adhere to policies.
