Anonymous Whistleblower and Tips

This provides a safe, anonymous channel for team members to share suggestions, observations, concerns, or tips without fear of retaliation. At AA91, we value transparency, integrity, and continuous improvement, aligning with our core values of Integrity, Growth, and Community.
 

Purpose

• Whistleblower Reports: Anonymously report unethical behaviour, policy violations, safety concerns, or any misconduct (harassment, financial irregularities, or operational lapses).

• Tips and Suggestions: Share ideas for improvements, best practices, innovative solutions, or observations about guest experiences, team dynamics, or operational efficiencies.

All submissions are treated confidentially and reviewed solely by the Chairman. We commit to investigating legitimate concerns promptly and fairly, with updates provided where possible without compromising anonymity.
