Egg Fried Rice Delight

Egg Fried Rice - 5 Portions


Section 1: Egg Fried Rice Ingredients

  • 3 cups boiled white rice

  • 5 eggs

  • Maggi long neck seasoning or soy sauce

  • 1 red onion

  • Olive oil

  • Red Pepper

  • Green Pepper

  • ½ teaspoon thyme

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon salt

Section 2: Directions


Directions for Egg-Fried rice.

  1. Mix the thyme, onion powder, black pepper and salt. Divide into 5 and set aside.

  2. Break the eggs one by one, beat and season with the mixed seasoning.

  3. Use a small quantity of olive oil to fry each portion separately.

  4. Stir-fry 1/5 of the onion, 1/5 of the red pepper, 1/5 of the green pepper for 4 minutes.

  5. Add 1/5 of the boiled white rice and add a few dashes of the liquid maggi, then add the 1 mixed egg and stir immediately. This allows small clumps of eggs to form. (For bigger clumps of egg to form, allow the egg sit in the pan for 30 seconds before stirring).

  6. Stir fry for another two minutes and it should be ready to serve.
