Business Centre - floor, lighting, shelves, furniture, is clean in good condition, equipment is clean and operational, cords are secure, check printer is printing properly, has ink and paper

Dining Area - Floor, lighting, furniture, tables, chairs, and sitting area is clean and properly placed; equipment is operational.

Restaurant and Bar - floor, lighting, counter, bar, chairs, and table tops are clean, in good condition, clutter free, stocked, and properly staged.

Public Restrooms - floor, lighting, walls, mirrors, stalls, toilet paper, paper towels, trash receptacles, soap dispensers are clean, stocked and in good condition.

Meeting Rooms/Pre-function Area - floor, lighting, tables, and chairs are clean, in good condition, and properly placed; drinking fountains clean and operational.

Fitness Area - floor, lighting, equipment, mirrors, TV, water station, disinfecting wipes, and towel station is clean, in good condition, stocked, and properly placed.

Guest Laundry - floor, lighting, equipment are clean and operational, vents/filters clear.

Elevators - floor, buttons, walls, ceiling, and tracks are clean, in good condition, and properly staged with everything in its place. ***Take elevator up to top floor and walk every corridor and take the stairwells down to the next floor.***

Corridors - floor, furniture, walls, lighting/exit signage, fire extinguisher cabinets, windows are clean, in good condition, stocked, clutter free and dusted, doors close securely.
